Fredericksburg National Baseball Stadium Everything you wanted to know

Fred Nat Baseball Stadium, located at 42 Jackie Robinson Way in Fredericksburg, Virginia has a ton of history for such a new state of the art stadium, we talk about everything in today's podcast. Another little interesting factoid, is that I have purchased the entire Virtual Land above this stadium to use AR/VR for advertising purposes and renting that virtual land out to businesses.

Fred Nat Stadium is open, holds 5,000 people and you can rent out the luxury suites for business, personal, birthdays or whatever (costs $1,450/night) if you want to do that. This is considered a little league stadium but also the home of Washington Nationals and where they practice when they need more room.
